Each EOT crane wheel is manufactured from premium materials such as 42CrMo, 65Mn, or ZG430-640 cast steel. After quenching and tempering, the wheel tread achieves high hardness and resistance to contact fatigue. Precision machining guarantees dimensional accuracy in compliance with GB/T and ISO standards. The surface is smooth and finely finished, minimizing rail wear. Bearing housings, available in both angular and round forms, simplify installation and replacement.
