Each EOT crane wheel is manufactured from premium materials such as 42CrMo, 65Mn, or ZG430-640 cast steel. After quenching and tempering, the wheel tread achieves high hardness and resistance to contact fatigue. Precision machining guarantees dimensional accuracy in compliance with GB/T and ISO standards. The surface is smooth and finely finished, minimizing rail wear. Bearing housings, available in both angular and round forms, simplify installation and replacement. All wheels undergo strict quality control, including non-destructive testing and dynamic load tests, ensuring reliability and safety during heavy-duty operations.
